There is an unspoken alchemy that takes place in the preserving process whereby the simplest of ingredients are transformed into something altogether different and sublime. Fig Preserves When the figs come in, it becomes a battle of farmer against birds and bees because we’re all drawn to the earthy sweetness of these fruits that seem to ripen by the dozen, overnight. We take the best (leaving some for our winged friends) and combine them with simple sugar to make our finest preserves. Available in a 8oz jar and sealed with our signature botanical sticker.
