The Be Mine Moonshine Truffle Collection includes 1 each of the Dark Chocolate, Pink Champagne, Black Raspberry, and Chocolate Covered Strawberry truffles.

Moonshine truffles are made with different moonshine and alcohol flavors. During the cooking process the alcohol is cooked out, but the intense flavor of the bourbon, whiskey, and rye remains to enhance and complement the chocolate. Every truffle is carefully painted by hand, so each one is a completely unique work of art.
